We recognise the importance of an ethical and transparent business environment and we offer a safe and reliable channel for reporting, even anonymously.
Our Commitment:
ZEPHYR GROUP SRL has adopted the Organisation, Management and Control Model provided for by art. 6 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 231 of 2001, an organic system of procedures, rules and controls aimed at the prevention and/or at the systematic reduction of the risk of committing of the offences provided for in the scope of application of Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/2001. This system allows us to receive, analyse and process reports from ZEPHYR GROUP SRL as defined by Italian Legislative Decree no. 24/2023.

Who Can Report:
We guarantee to all persons involved with ZEPHYR GROUP SRL, senior management and members of corporate bodies; employees; those who, although not falling into the category of employees, operate for Zephyr Srl and are under the control and direction of the company by way of example and not limited to: administered workers, workers with a coordinated and continuous collaboration contract, …; partners, customers, suppliers, consultants with a free professional contract, collaborators, partners and, more generally, anyone with an interest in the Company (“Third Parties”) the possibility of sending us reports through dedicated channels as provided for by the applicable legislation.
How to Report:
Reports can be sent via our dedicated Platform, designed to ensure the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity. This channel is considered preferential and suitable for ensuring cybersecurity.

Confidentiality and Protection:
We ensure the utmost confidentiality on the subjects and facts reported as well as on the identity of the whistleblowers to avoid any form of retaliation. The reports will be processed by the Supervisory Body pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/01, data controller of the process.
